In my website bio, I say I provide dedicated service to my clients. It’s not a false promise or marketing rhetoric.

I’ve been working with clients since January to find a mortgage option for them. There are 87 emails in their folder. I made calls or inquiries to 6 different lenders. We had 5 video calls. My notebook has 10 pages of options, calculations, and research. I’m happy to say that the hard work paid off and they are closing a mortgage this month.

Some situations may be tricky but I’m always willing to do the work and figure out the best path forward.
